Thomas Homes was shortlisted for Housebuilder of the Year at the inaugural Thames Valley Property Awards 2014, held at Ascot race course and presented by Jeremy Vine.

Successful house building in the Thames Valley has to be aware of environmental issues, a need for community engagement, create real economic benefit and show how good design can create places where people want to live, both young and old. The Judges were looking for a Thames Valley house builder that incorporates all of these aspects into its completed schemes and consistently receives positive feedback from its customers.

The shortlisting of Thomas Homes recognises the contribution made by Thomas Homes in many prestigious developments in the Thames Valley area.

Current Thomas Homes developments in the Thames Valley include Fair Mile at Cholsey Meadows near Wallingford, Broadfield House in Oxford and 310 Kings Road in Reading.
